Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship within Latvia, across Europe, to the UK, USA, and many other countries worldwide
How long does delivery take?
- Latvia: 2–5 business days
- EU countries: 5–10 business days
- UK: 7–12 business days
- USA: 10–20 business days
- Other countries: 10–25 business days (depending on local postal services).
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are shown at checkout based on your location and delivery option.
Do I have to pay customs fees or taxes?
If you are ordering from outside the EU (for example, the UK or USA), your order may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available).

RETURNS
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, as long as the items are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Are there any items I cannot return?
For hygiene reasons, opened nail products and personalized/custom items cannot be returned.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was faulty or sent incorrectly.
How do I get a refund?
Once we receive and check your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 14 days.
